Fifty nine days ago, we were not sure this day would come, and here it is. We have so much to be grateful for, everyone who has prayed, said kind words or held us up during this time.

D is going home on Saturday! M is going home on Monday!
As in the beginning, M has had a little harder time, but will be just fine, she just needs a few extra tests and care but is doing well. She will be going home on oxygen to assist her breathing, so we still can't see her beautiful face without the nose tubes and tape, but the day will come. She did have her feeding tube taken out this morning
They are actually going home one month sooner than they were predicted to, so we know how well they are doing and once again know how blessed we are.
